I would highly recommend Gymfit to anyone that is in need of a Physical Therapist. I’ve gone to three other Physical therapists in Charles County and I have to admit that none has compared to the therapists at Gymfit. They are very knowledgeable, friendly, professional, and take pride in what they do. I’ve had knee, hip and lower back pain and every other therapists would always give me the same exercises over and over again but I still ended up with the same issue and had to go back to receiving therapy again but when I went to gymfit and saw Cameron, one of the Physical Therapists, he shared with me what he felt the under lining issue was and he gave me exercises to help strengthen and stabilize and stretches. Because of his knowledge and help, I don’t have to keep going back and forth to the doctors because of pain in my knee, hip or lower back. Thank you Gymfit and keep up the great work!!!
