Candace Leitheiser, LCSW

Candace was the first therapist I felt truly helped me with anxiety and depression. She is very intelligent, experienced, and meets you exactly where you are at. She fosters a healthy balance of challenging your thoughts while empathizing. What was different was the somatic approach she instilled that actually helped me heal. Additionally, you can tell she is genuine and shares her personality, stories, her own background a bit. It makes you feel like you are talking to a human, not a robot like in some therapists I have tried. Highly recommend her overall!
