"If I could give 0 stars I would. What a horrible experience for my son. He is 32 and suffers mental illness due to a tramatic brain injury in a car accident in 2018. I am the patients mother, his advocate. I had searched for a couple month for a new mental health provider and choose Candi because she was highly recommended AND took Medicaid. Well after only 2 visits he was dropped as a patient because she no longer is accepting Medicaid. She was not already considering doing this BEFORE she accepted him as a patient? I’m sure that decision was not made over night. Trust and stability are the MOST important aspects for mental patients. If you are going to accept a patient then follow through with your commitment! There were red flags the first intake visit, lasting only 15 minutes, no lab work was ordered and the next appt scheduled was 3 months out! I called the office out of concern that my son was being dropped only to be rudely told by the little receptionist man “well you need to write to your legislator”! Okay, yeah that’s going to help my son needing a new doctor ASAP. We were told by Candi “oh we are not going to leave him hanging we will find him another provider”. Well little receptionist man said “oh no mam you’ll have to find one yourself”. Also was told he would be seen 2 more visits before being discharged but that didn’t happen either. My son missed his appt because he forgot (he has terrible memory due to TBI), I disclosed ALL this history to them. He called 1st thing the next morning to reschedule and was told by little receptionist man, YOU ARE DISCHARGED, we no longer take Medicaid. I feel an ache in my heart for all the patients she discharges that trust her just because they have Medicaid. I pray they have an advocate to help navigate through a heartless mental system we have in our country. I do have good news for those of you searching for a good doctor even though you have mental illness. Search out a good family doctor that is caring and compassionate that will help manage your illness. THEY can prescribe your medication, get your blood work done properly and help you better than the heartless mental system so called “professionals”. All they do is ask how you doing, here is a 3 month supply, see you in 3 months. You WILL get better care from just a good family doctor that actually cares about you. I found a wonderful, caring, compassionate family doctor willing to take on my sons care. We will NEVER use a mental “professional” again. Good luck Candi making more money dropping all your Medicaid patients. I would consider a new receptionist to go along with your new prosperous year as well. Nobody wants to be greeted by that rude little man on phone or in person."

Very patient and thorough -- Dr. Hill took a lot of time with us; spoke with the patient as well as family members in order to get a complete picture of our concerns and what might be going on. She really took her time in order to carefully render treatment decisions. Mental health is a fragile thing and probably one of the most difficult areas to effectively treat; I could not be more pleased than I am with this provider for the time, care, compassion, and expertise she has shown thus far.

Dr. Hill is a great doctor but make sure she takes your insurance. I was thinking it was going to be around $70 but it was $175. Other than that she’s fantastic.

Dr Hill has impressive credentials and seems well educated in the field of psychology. However, if you are a victim of domestic violence and have proven so through documentation, do not use this evaluator. I paid over 3600 for her services and not only did she disregard all evidence along with a temporary restraining order, she made a dx without my therapists notes and therapy sessions. Her report was based on subjective data that had no factual evidence backing said data. From the research I have done, many custody evaluators claim that victims of domestic violence are parental alienating and the abuser is made to appear like the victim. I believe some of her findings were indeed accurate pertaining to my psychological test but as a whole, the opposing side had a criminal history and admitted to impulsive behaviors and sadly, it was looked over and my children now have to go to their fathers screaming and kicking.
