Feels like busy coach more than a therapists
She just doesn’t seem to listen or care at all, she comes across as untrustworthy, insincere and even plainly rude. When giving advice she injects her own experiences and point of view (which all due respect, feel askew to me) and encourages you to do what she’d do.

rushes appointments so fast, she just doesn’t seem sincere & stands up the whole time looking at her computer. Quite strange
