Dr. Gilliland rushed through my exam and put me in contacts that I did not want, instead of the brand I had worn with no issues or complaints for years. She rushed through my exam and I told her that the contacts she placed me in were not clear. She said if after a week I was still having issues that I could come back. A week later I was not seeing well and came back. She told me I would get used to it. I had to make another appointment elsewhere and of course my prescription was way off.

She was very caring with my kids. She recognized how nervous my 6 yr. old daughter was and asked my daughter if she would like for her big brother to come in with her. That worked! My daughter did much better and the exam went well. Dr. Gilliland was very thorough with explaining my daughter's vision problem.
