I have always felt that I was cared for with genuine interest in my well being. My questions and concerns have always been addressed and never dismissed. I leave my appointments knowing that I truly did receive the best care possible. For reference, my treating physician has been PA Cara Orr.

Called office at 0930 concerned over a med my mom started which is making her delirious. The office took my info but I did not hear back. By 3pm, I recalled the office and held over 5 mins. I asked to please just get info I need because it's the weekend and I was afraid I would not hear from her. Office rude and said she'll call me at the end of the day. It's 10 pm & still haven't heard. Horrible service & lack of empathy by all. As a healthcare worker myself, it is unacceptable behavior. So Sad
