Omg I’ve seen 3 different therapists since I was 16 and they say 3rd times the charm but in this instance Carene breaks the mold with 4th times the charm! I’ve been working with Carene for about 4 months now and I’ve seen more of a difference than I did with all 3 therapists combined! The majority of other therapists I’ve seen never really gave me feedback but Carene makes sure she understands what you’re saying, and asks questions that challenge you to step out of your comfort zone. I am also on antidepressants via my MD and I discussed the possibility of cutting down with her and she was adamant that we do it in a way that carefully monitors my wellbeing, which I super appreciated.
