Dr. McAfee is a healer. My husband suffered from severe back and neck pain as well as chronic migraines. We tried every anti inflammatory drug and heavy duty RXs on the market with no relief. I’m a newcomer to Weatherford, so I asked around and the name that kept coming up was Dr. McAfee. The office staff was kind and professional. My first adjustment was teriffic, and I’m scheduled back in a few days. I’m looking forward to having my “POWER” turned on!!!

Dr. McAfee's billing practices are terrible. I have medical insurance that covers 20 visits, but they didn't report all of my visits so I was financially responsible for the remaining visits that weren't reported. I wasn't aware of this until the end of my sessions with him. Thankfully I was given a refund or "credit reimbursement" of $525.00 out of $3,181.00 but not after a four month long battle with them through my insurance provider. The same situation happened with my husband also.

Found both doctors to be well educated, thorough in their work with excellent repoire with their patients. After viewing X-rays, action plan formulated, and I am seeing and feeling less pain and easier movement.

I saw Dr. McAfee and his staff a few months back for some excruciating migraines I was having at the time. My regular Doctor referred me to them because the migraine meds I had been taking for years weren't working anymore. I was very hesitant at first to see a Chiropractor but my PCP assured me he was very good. He was right. I'm happy to report a few weeks into care my migraines started getting better and now I am migraine FREE! Even better was it was ALL covered by BCBS insurance!

I saw Dr. McAfee on 7/13/17. He reviewed x-rays and explained a treatment plan. After that he went into cost. His office does not bill insurance. You have to pay your co-pay and any other cost upfront. He also reminded me of a salesman with a sales pitch. He seemed put out when I said the cost was too much for me upfront. He say you can find someone to take your 25.00 co-pay and tell them to call me to ask how to treat you. I was very disappointed he was all about the money upfront.
