Carl wouldn't refill my wifes birth control unless she's had a physical. He stated my insurance requires it. However we spoke to our insurance and they said that she didn't have to have one because she had one 6 month s prior. He doesn't care for the patient.

Refuses to change my thyroid medication other then increase the dosage even though my labs show that medication isn't working. He was very unprofessional when I asked him to change my thyroid medication to a natural thyroid medication and he won't prescribe it for me and called all other doctors who prescribe it quacks. Refused to order thyroid labs that I need done in order to find out what is going on with my thyroid condition and he was suppose call me today to discuss things but he hasn't
