Carlos is an excellent PA. He is knowledgeable, professional, and caring. The only reason the provider didn't see me right away is that he was the only PA in the office and it was Thanksgiving week. He apologized for the delay, which was understandable given the situation.

Carlos Garcia is very thorough. He takes the time to answer all your questions and concerns and gives you his best honest answer. I have been going to Carlos for a long time now and I'm Glad he's my orthopedic doctor (PA).

I have seen other PA at your Braselton Office. I had to reschedule an existing appt due to a conflict. This was my first time with Carlos. He was absolutely the best PA I've seen in this practice! Now he is the PA I will continue to see for all my future needs, injections, etc. Also, I was seen almost as soon as I arrived.

Carlos is and the accompanying staff are AMAZING! I have stayed with NGPG/NGHS for several years because of the care and consideration I receive. I have even brought my elderly mother to various providers in this network. I am very self-conscious about being mentally and physically disabled, and no one has EVER made me feel less than the most important person they are seeing. I am forever grateful.
