She is always so happy and kind, her laugh is contagious! She is a great listener, truly cares about patients and their overall health! You can genuinely see this in her. She never pushes her beliefs or feelings on pts, she acknowledges the pts rights and beliefs. Very flexible, makes time to fit you in, and get what you need done. Overall she is great! Her staff is amazing! Her MA's answer and return calls promptly, they're very knowledgeable. Thanks you all for being you! You're wonderful!

My initial visit with Ms. Ellison was pleasant. Subsequent follow-up visits, however, were frustrating to say the least. During one appointment, Carly acted in an incredibly unprofessional and disrespectful manner and seemed to lose all control of her behavior, raising her voice and slamming doors, all while being observed by a student. In addition, her office can only be reached by leaving a voicemail. Generally, 2-3 voicemails must be left before receiving a response several days later.
