Get ready for her to push you off to someone else
Carly is very rude, and dismissive. She is extremely quick to push you off to a specialist. Warning- If you have any mental health issue, even if it’s well controlled by another provider, she’ll brush off your aliments as “anxiety”. She also runs late to appointments because values her eyebrows over her patients.

Carly is great! I have been seeing her for a few years now and she always listens to my concerns and does everything she can to figure out what the issue is. She has always been very responsive to my questions. Carly is very friendly. She makes me feel like to her, I am not just another patient. She always makes it a point to ask about how work and my family are. Can't recommend her enough.

I had a full checkup with Dr Carly Romanoff. She is very professional and thorough. She answered all questions that I had and provided me with feedback. The nurses and assistants were very professional and very pleasant. Great experience.

I agree with other reviewers. She is dismissive of my concerns. Recently went in with severe laryngitis and sore throat. I am immune compromised, yet she told me to wait 5 days to see if it went away on its own, then she would prescribe an antibiotic. So, 5 days of being up all night coughing, wheezing, having difficulty breathing. Why not just give me the prescription and let me decide when to use it? Now trying to call to get the script and I cannot reach the office.

Orders tests that she will tell you are covered by insurance, but are not covered! The office staff will then never let you speak to her and of course, her documentation will be lacking of your discussion. Good bedside manners, but will cost you more than its worth!
