Carmen is an Angel! Gifted in her profession. I wish she could be my PCP. She acknowledged my husband & his concerns re me. I absolutely love her & I feel safe knowing she's part of my Care Team!

I am so grateful for Carmen Miranda! She is the first doctor/ nurse since having my stroke/heart failure that actually talked with me about my medical problems with compassion, understanding, and guidance. A great relief! She answered most of my questions before I even asked! She is thoroughly addressing my health care issues like no other has for me ever. I will highly recommend her to all!

Rude, Apathetic, horrible with insurance
She was so loud in a quiet room! It felt like she was yelling. She kept asking me why I moved here, repeatedly which isn't her business and had nothing to do with my condition. Insurance stopped covering my medication as soon as I started seeing her. Doesn't read her MyChart messages at all! Office doesn't return phone calls. She has her staff reschedule an appt and not even tell me! I am without my meds and in pain because she either didn't do her paperwork properly which is common with healthcare workers or straight up told insurance to cut me off. This woman is awful as a provider and a person!
