Carmen is the best
She's personal, intimate, relaxed, professional, kind, caring, helpful, and dedicated. She feels more like a friend, who remembers, knows, cares and can be trusted. (I feel the same about Dr Hirsch, also. Hope neither of them ever leave. Blessed to have them.

Carmen is wonderful. She made absolutely sure that I was okay with everything we are trying do accomplish with my treatment. She reassured me and answered questions with ease. I would send anyone to her with no hesitation. I appreciate her and Dr. Hirsch more and more because they are straightforward with me about my treatment and what we need to do for me to get better.

Carmen is truly a Care Giver, she is most helpful and understanding of your needs. Dr Hirsch's staff has treated me for my back injury to minimize the pain I've endured since the injury. Carmen has been outstanding in performing her job at WK Medical Pavilion.

Ms. Carmen looked at my past MRI, Current x-rays, asked me questions about my pain which resulted in a different approach/plan of action to aggressively treat my knee pain. She was certain the issues were in my low back instead of the knees. I agreed to injections that hopefully will alleviate the chronic knee pain I've been dealing with for a while.patr
