Carol is a wonderful part of Fayetteville spine and pain center, always so pleasant and professional. a wonderful bedside manner and spends the time to actually talk one on one with the patient. was in a bad place as far as finding a doctor due to past substance abuse issues . Dr. Desai took me and showed the kindness and professionalism that i had trouble finding otherwise.

I take my mom who is 85, hard of hearing and has dementia to see her for back pain. She really has a lot of patience and compassion and she never seems rushed and takes the time to make sure we really understand what treatment my mom is getting. Also, we can get appointments practically the next day if needed. In this day and age it's hard to find a provider who takes the time to listen to a patient and fully explain whats going on. I would HIGHLY recommend this her to everyone.

Today meet with Dr. Carol Drescher
For the second time and joshed her about my wife being the patient in fact I was the patient . My wife was a former patient of hers. My wife stated that she was not the patient and she was quite confused the wife stated that I was just teasing in that moment she became very nasty and stated “ I don’t have time to be teased” asked a few questions and left to get someone else to tend to me. She has such a nasty demeanor about her.

This woman has no business having contact with patients let alone the public in general. She came in and introduced herself as Dr. Drescher and you could see on her ID badge that she’s a NP. I thought it was against the law to impersonate like that in this field. She was also training someone and she had the poor woman so nervous she was dropping things. She was so rude and mean to her. She did all this in front of the patient. She was rude, condescending and hateful the entire time.

Very rude, did not explain anything during my appt nor actually evaluate me, just changed my rx then sent another doctor in to explain my medicine when she was simply covering for my regular doctor and was to simply refill my meds, would not even make eye contact and actually had the audacity to verbally insult me during my visit, I could continue but in short she had no business in the field of medicine nor dealing with humans period....
