Dr. Carol Holzhalb, PHD

I have seen many Doctors and Therapists over the years and Dr. Holzhalb has been the best in helping me understand my conditions and what options I have to have a more successful life. I love the way she challenges me and makes me think.

Working with Dr. Holzhalb has truly changed my life. Before beginning therapy with her, anxiety consumed every day of my life and impacted every decision I made small or large. She worked with me to help me get out of survival mode and to do deeper work on issues that impacted my anxiety that I was not aware of. She is both kind and clever.

Dr. Holtzhalb is the best therapist I have ever worked with. She uses techniques and approaches that have helped me solve problems and deal with issues in my life. She is very straightforward, does not mince words.

Dr. Holzhalb has been a miracle for our family. She has been able to engage our son and we have seen an improvement in his overall being. She has also helped us as his parents on how to best support his growth emotionally, mentally and socially. We have been seeing Dr. Holzhalb for approximately 8 months, our family is happier and more cohesive and as parents we have more tools to use and a better understanding of how to do a better job.

Carol is a great therapist. She is exceedingly careful with hers and her client's words. That care allows her to dig into the presenting situation and clear it up. Ultimately it is the client's work to move forward, but Carol clarifies the blind or stuck spots. I always recommend her.
