Not LGBT+ friendly
homophobic and transphobic. Constantly misgenders, asks triggering questions about different types of abuse that are not progressive or helpful towards healing, those questions also attack and disrespects gender identity while dismissing the actual effects from assault, not accepting of all LGBT+ members making dismissive statements to disrespect pronouns or types of relationships, not personable, dismissive towards current traumas or negative events happening to patients, disrespectful.

Dr carol made me feel right at home my first visit. She gives sound advice and it just makes sense. I feel very comfortable with her.

Dr. Jager was efficient and professional albeit very clinical in her demeanor. She was less than nurturing during our session and repeatedly suggested that my problems all stem from my unemployment status. In fact, while scheduling the appointment with her she made a joke about my not currently having a job. She did not seem concerned or interested in hearing what I personally felt were my issues and provided generic advice at best. I would not recommend Dr. Jager to anyone.
