Carol has seen 2 of my foster kids and frequently works with DHS. Let me make it clear. She is NOT a licensed counselor even though she presents herself as one. This is why she can't bill insurance and she basically does whatever she feels like whether it's ethical or not. There's no one to report her to!She claimed both foster kids have PTSD. This I believe. But she also encouraged the SGT shot as the miracle cure. She is the only person in southern oregon that does this. That's a red flag. Options and Kairos do not do this or know what it is. So the only solution is the service that only you provide with your 12 hour certificate? She told one kid not to try in school because it is pointless. She also encouraged both kids not to take their medication prescribed by their doctor. She will turn you or your kids into a walking victim rather than build them up and learn to overcome.Multiple mental health professionals have said the same thing to me.
