Carol Maxwell ignored all information I provided to her about my (well documented) medical history telling me that it 'doesn't matter' despite the fact that our telehealth visit was specifically and directly related to that medical history. She then refused to prescribe the obvious medication that every other doctor has prescribed after being presented with the same information that I provided to Maxwell.How is this woman still able to practice medicine?

Rude, nasty. Did a telehealth for my daughter and she was aggressively combative. I asked her why she didn’t have her camera on and she literally said “why does it matter if I don’t have my camera on?” Shocked and shaken by this. My poor kid sitting next to me.

Had a virtual visit with this “professional.” She was rude and combative from the beginning of the visit. She didn’t listen to my concerns regarding a chronic condition I deal with and argued that what I explained doesn’t make sense despite my primary care physician and a specialist explaining it to me. When she told me if her diagnosis I spoke up and reiterated my concerns and questioned her dedication to listening to what I was saying and that I wasn’t happy with her care. She then got even more combative and told me that what I said doesn’t make sense so I let her know I would be disconnecting and getting a refund because I wasn’t happy with her care. She said it won’t happen and I was upset because I didn’t get with I wanted and medicine doesn’t work that way. Very unprofessional and overall just an unpleasant person. Reconnected to a DR. And he was very patient, listened to my concerns and helped me.

She saw my daughter via telehealth. She was combative, didnt listen to me talked down to me and mis diagnosed her.

Would give 0 stars to her, if it was possible. Visited Maxwell, NP via a telehealth virtual visit. Maxwell was rude beyond words and incorrectly diagnosed/treated my illness, causing me to continue to worsen in severity until I ended up seeing another provider days later. 0/10.

I would give her 0 stars if I could. She didn’t let me know what she was doing during my exam, returned phone calls a week later, rude over the phone, gave me more anxiety than reassured me. I will be changing doctors. No wonder it’s so easy to get an appointment with her.

The worst experience ever with a health care professional. She is at KY one Health urgent care in Simpsonville--- I have never had such a unpleasant experience I will definitely use Amy Morehead for any future visits of any kind in Shelbyville, KY Do not use you will Be very disappointed
