Carol was very nice on the phone and seemed interested and willing to help with a challenging Nutritional Issue a family member is experiencing. After initially contacting Carol and attending a virtual appointment she went 100% GHOST on us for over a week....Numerous e-mails sent to her on the topic with ZERO follow-up. she was to provide a meal plan and we never received anything....We terminated her services.
