I have been seeing Dr. R. for years and find her and the staff kind and caring. She always takes time to explain what she is doing and answer ANY questions. She can't read minds. No matter how busy the clinic is she takes time with her patients even when the patient(s) are frustrated.

Dr. Rosenstiel and her staff are kind and very competent. I have been coming to her for a number of years and have always found her to be accurate in a diagnosis and genuinely concerned about my eye health.

I was not happy. I felt as if I was taking up her time and she was more interested in getting me reviewed and out of the office. There was no discussion or care of my concerns.
