Carol is an embarrassment to anyone who calls themselves a counselor. She is vindictive, narcissistic, immoral disgrace of a human, let alone a counselor. She threatens people who leave bad reviews. She bullies, harasses, belittles, and lies about patients she doesn’t like. She has been reported to the Nevada State Board of Nursing and Nevada State Board of Examiners for Alcohol, Drug, and Gambling counselors for many reasons. If you truly need help, avoid Carol Schaye at all costs

I would not recommend this lady to anyone. She is unprofessional, inappropriate, rude, narcissistic and has a foul mouth. She abuses her Authority because her patients are court-ordered. She threatens to get even with people that leave a bad review. There's a reason her rating is a 1. I am appalled at this woman's Behavior in group sessions and will be filing a formal complaint to the state of Nevada Board of examiners for alcohol, drug and gambling addictions.
