She guides you to the answer she wants you to give. Prejudiced. Asks you the same question different ways until you get to her answer or something she can bend. My children asked to be with me and she reported that they were coached. Ex wife went twice and I went six Times. She arrived late to the evaluation and made it appear my fault to my kids. Lied about the important and unimportant items. Clearly blaming her previous trauma on fathers unlucky enough to depend on her for fairness. She laid waste to my superior parenting because of her misguided opinion of my ability to husband. I pray you get a different person than my kids and I did.

She is a horrible person. Lies, Lies and more lies. She backstabs everyone and does not have the child in the best interest. Period

This lady was absolutely horrible, she lied about everything in her report and about things I supposedly said. Everytime I made a response to a question she would say well that's not what my ex wife had said and basically called me a liar. She constantly rescheduled and then stated that I didn't show up or when I arrived early after hours her door to her building was locked and I would message her to come down and unlock the door and she would wait until it was beyond the appointment time to come down and then in the report stated I was late to all meetings. She constantly discussed other cases in detail and frequently boasted that she was in so good with the courts she could off her own husband and get away with it. Both in front of myself and my mother. This lady was so unorganized it's ridiculous just look at her office. She took away my primary custody and gave them to my meth addicted ex wife and when I subpoenaed her to court she dodged court like the plague. Dont use this lady.

I can't believe the courts assign this lady to such important cases involving children. Now my son has to spend more money to get his kids out of a bad home. She was rude and very prejudice character. Lied talked of other cases spoke ugly about her husband and was angry cause she had to sunday appointment. Made up false issues about my son missing appointments and had not paid her. Thank God he had all his emails and receipts. She is a dishonest individual who should not be allowed to counsel anyone and make money at what she has no true qualifications for.

I would recommend Carol Waters (I have). She went above and beyond for my daughter. I honestly believe Carol, only wants what is best for any child. That they live in a happy and healthy environment.

What a terrible person! She came into my house and acted like I didn't have anything to worry about. Once the report came out, it was full of lies. I don't know who can fathom such terrible things. Nothing in her report was true. She talks about other cases and even told me negative things about the other parent in my case. I am completely discusses with this poor excuse of a professional. BEWARE IF YOU HAVE TO DEAL WITH THIS LADY!! Record all interactions with her.

Carol was very thorough with me and the references in my case. She always got back to me in a timely manner when necessary. She was always easily accessible and very professional. I would recommend her on any case as she was very fair in mine.

Gossiped about other cases. Did not verify or check references. Lied about statements she claimed I made. Perpetually late. Unbelievable that this type of work is taken into consideration by any court or judge. I pray that God helps anyone who has been involved with this individual. If you are involved , record everything, save all emails/texts and keep a log. If your attorney recommends this individual to do your study, you might seriously evaluate switching attorneys.

She's very unstable, she talks about her other clients. Talk to herself and answers her self in a thirt party person very unprofessional for her job responblites and in her position. The state realizes on their reports to be fair in their job and tell the truth about both sides of the party. She even took her husband to talk to my kids and had dinner with the other party. She Lied under oath about my sons teacher and my family. Record all conservation and all emails, keep all text from her.,

In addition to seeking her professional services, I am a family lawyer. So, I've seen Carol on adoptions, CPS cases, divorces, child custody cases, etc. Sometimes she is aligned with me, sometimes not. My clients who want to make changes in their lives are very happy with Carol and do make improvement. However, when she's opposed to my clients, she's tough. I think the bad reviews here are from folks who didn't like her assessments for court, but she's great at helping those who want it.
