I really like Caroline, she is always very friendly and thorough. I recently was very disappointed about a appointment card I had saying I had a appointment on Friday, April 1st 2016 at 8:50am and when I got there no one was there. I had no phone call the day before to tell me my appointment needed to be changed. My card says if unable to keep appointment, kindly give 24 hours notice. Thanks for the notice, I really appreciated it! Common courtesy?
