Carolyn saw me twice for same-day appointment even though she is not my primary doctor. I prefer to see my doctor before clogging up the urgent care or emergency room. The first time she actually saved my life by ensuring that I got immediate proper treatment. The second time I saw her she recognized that I was more ill than I thought and made arrangements to get me to a full service hospital quickly. In both case she arranged for my proper care and followed up to be sure I was alright.
