I went to many therapists throughout my life and feel that Carolyn helped me the most because she seemed to actually care. She got back to me whenever I needed her in a timely manner too which my old therapists never did. I think if you are on the fence about therapy to give it a shot with Carolyn because she really does care and wants to make things better. She is super smart too, so you will get a good service from her.
