24 years of best practices, honest interpersonal communication, working on holidays and yes, going above and beyond- this I have provided to patients so many of whom have excessive and unfair complaints, who are not truthful, who have never paid, or who often don’t pay for my services. I’ve cared for each patient. I’ve given my all (which is quite impressive and effective and often pleasant) for 24 years and I am so injured by the relatively small amount of negativity that I cannot connect w the decades of expressed gratitude gifted to me by healthy patients and their families and friend . I’m hollow. I wish I’d never become a psychologist.

I have been seeing Carolyn for 4 years now and I absolutely adore her. She values people over a paycheck, she is truly a therapist because she wants to help. The first year I saw her, my insurance messed up -as insurance does- and the billing department called me to inform me that I owed hundreds. Carolyn waved everything I owed her. Told me she just wanted me to come back. She's been with me through an abusive relationship, financial struggles, disability issues, and confronting childhood trauma. She's very open minded to unique relationships, LGBTQ+ folks and topics, and is always open to correction. She is truly the best therapist I've ever had, and hopefully will continue to have for years to come.

I wish I would have found her years ago! I've been able to work through and let go of so much during my time with her.

She is disorganized & has poor follow up and does not follow through. She took my personal information yet flaked on my appointment and did not have the professional integrity to follow up. Watch your personal info with her. I should have followed my gut & avoided her.

Good listener, helps very much. Has many good ideas that succeed in helping me fix my problem.
