I used to get headaches like clockwork every weekend. Nothing debilitating, but enough of a dull throb to throw me off and prevent me from really enjoying my free time. I had resigned myself to living with it. These headaches were exacerbated by my long weekend bike rides. At Dr. Oleston’s suggestion, I began receiving weekly adjustments to compliment my weekend workouts.
