Helped me through some emotionally trying times
Dr. Cassandra Erickson has been a blessing to myself, personally, and my marriage. I am amazed at how she was able to understand what makes me tick and reframe things in a way that allowed me to process it better. She doesn't sugarcoat that everything is going to always be sunshine and roses, but rather works to give you the tools to deal with challenges when they arise. Whether it be family, work, relationship, underlying trauma issues, Dr. Erickson can help. Forever grateful and will continue to come back when I need a refresher or help working through some difficult emotions.
