Dr Ferreira helped me more than she will ever know. She helped me face my traumatic past. She was kind and skilled.

Catherine helped me realize how traumatic my past was and how much it affects me still. We then worked on moving past it.

Catherine is amazing! She helped me and my kids (who adore her) more than she’ll ever know! She was put in a very difficult reunification therapy situation with my ex-husband and my two teenagers. She handled herself professionally and incredibly sincere. She helped both of my children through the hardest time of their lives at ages 14 and 16 back in 2018 caused by a nasty divorce from a narcissistic, sociopathic, mentally abusive husband and his current new wife. It is now 2020 and my children are happy and thriving and a lot of that has to do with Catherine. She still checks in on them (and me) to this day on her own and my kids love hearing about her. At almost 20 and almost 18 they are incredibly successful in their lives with school, work, and our family (including their would-be stepdad). They haven’t spoken to their father and he has not reached out to them in almost 2 full years. I believe him or his new wife left a nasty review on Catherine out of spite. None of it is true.

Catherine is extremely unprofessional in how she conducts herself as a therapist. She divulges private information discussed in sessions without a HIPPA release to influence other parties involved in joint sessions. She does not believe in determining if there is truth behind what is said if individuals in joint therapy. She does not adhere to the APA’s standard of guidelines in approach and other psychologists warn against. She pushes placing blame and not accepting your part of issues.
