I would not recommend to anyone! I entrusted Catie with my teenage daughter. Big mistake! Rather than helping her work through issues therapeutically she acted as a friend. She created higher anxiety and distress for my daughter guiding her to take more "drastic" solutions rather than taking small steps to improve her circumstances. 8 months of therapy and she did not teach any coping strategies or how to help my daughter understand & work and through her thought processes. Very disappointed
