Cathy is Amazing. I'm seeing Cathy to help me, mostly, with my anxiety problems. She is so sweet and caring which is EXACTLY what I was looking for in a counselor. She helped me see the reality of my problems and opened doors to understanding. Instead of telling me what to do to help me she showed me the right path and I took it. I love the Hampton Roads Counseling Center and the Doctors I have so far worked with. I would HIGHLY recommend Cathy 3
