#1 thing she does when starting a session is to set up her laptop on a tray in front of her. Of 3 hours of sessions, we talked about my issues for about 1 hour. The rest was her talking about her. And when I was able to get into the conversation, she was reading her laptop. I felt I was competing with her to be able to speak. I was more stressed after the 2nd session than when I went in.
