Cathy seemed competent and caring, but she spent almost all of her time at a desk poring over paperwork. My exercises were overseen by a certified assistant, but even he was multitasking with other patients. Where I’m treated currently, a PT or eager advanced PT student is with me one-on-one for the entire session. I did get better, and I wouldn’t hesitate to be treated at HOPT if there were no other options, but there are lots of other options in Southern Wake. I came away with the impression that Cathy is a good PT working in a poorly-organized practice. I can recommend her but not HOPT.
