It’s sad that this person is allowed to practice in public - when questioning a charge - instead of calling me to talk about she took the cowardly way out - making false statements in her emailed letter - and stating that I stooped to a low level - very unprofessional and makes nurses in healthcare look bad - AVOID IF YOU CAN - you should be ashamed to serve the public acting like that

AMAZING!!!
Cathleen and her staff have always maintained a professional and courteous attitude towards me and fellow patients. I enjoy my visits very much knowing that my concerns will be heard and my needs will be met time and time again. #1 NP in the world! If you’re looking for a healthcare provider I would 100% recommend Jochim Family Practice. I trust them with my life and utilize their extensive knowledge to help me make an informed decision that’s best for me and my family. I will never need another provider.

If you don't go in at least annually, you may not be allowed to come back no matter how long you have been with the practice. Front staff not very accommodating.
