she is of NO HELP. She is easily persuaded. Doesn't care to hear the whole story. She just listens and doesn't offer any advise. I am not sure why she is considered a counselor then. I wouldnt send my dog to her.

No skills, did not help at all, don't go if you have any real problems cause she don't listen or don't care to help your family
