Cathy Weinstein, MFC

These were many visits over years. I had moved to California, and was living alone and needed someone to help me. Cathy talked me through several crisis issues including: coming apart at the seams with my work, getting through a concussion, dealing with a divorce and side legal issues. I wish we lived in the same place, I would continue the relationship, but at the same time high recommend her to someone needing help to keep themselves together. I admire her caring and real human concern, and think of that as a model for my dealing with others who need help (not as a professional, but on the basis of caring about my fellow human beings). Cathy always validates my feelings and brings me back to center. I'm a pretty intuitive person and usually trust my gut, but sometimes you need someone else to run things by. My husband isn't particularly into "talking" or overly sensitive, so it really helps me to talk to her once in a while when something's really a roadblock for me. Always fun to be with, always share a few laughs and shed a few healthy tears...just LOVE her!
