Initially insincerely pleasant then arrogant and condescending. She ordered me to buy a refrigerator magnet to retain for six months a script for blood tests when I explained that I had lost the prior script. Said she was a "straight-shooter" who had her own paperwork to deal with. Found her attitude and demeanor highly insulting.

Cecelia is awesome, I was so nervous to go and see someone about my condition. She made me feel comfortable and gave me alot of knowledge about my condition. I'm happy I found someone this kind and helpful.
