I make progress with every session. She understands how to get to and address the deeper issues below the surface. She's very knowledgeable! I'd recommend her to anyone, especially those who are hesitant in going to therapy. In general, I hate going to therapy and I hate talking about issues, but she makes it easier to keep going.
