Celeste is an amazing individual and very good at her chosen profession. I see her weekly dealing with my childhood and adult trauma. She is an extremely good listener and doesn't judge. She helps me help myself by putting a different slant on my thinking from an outsider's view, which helps me understand myself better and be able to handle the challenges of life with more strength. I'm not good at sharing my feelings, but she has an extraordinary ability to make me feel safe to work on issues to make a better life for myself and my family.
