I have known Chad for about 20 years and he has always treated me in a professional manner but also friendly and explains everything so I can understand it..he takes plenty of time with me and never rushes me out to get to next patient. Chad really cares and has an interest in wanting to help his patients..I highly recommend Chad Chase

I love Austin Heart in Marble Falls. I've never had a bad experience there. I feel very confident that I'm receiving the best of care. I have no problems, but I know if I did this is where I would want to go. Thank you all for caring about your patients. : )

I have known and had dealings with Chad, professionally and personally, for over 10 years. He, and all the staff at Austin Heart - Marble Falls, are without an exception friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient in handling my regular visits, and explaining thoroughly any issues/situations that require discussion/treatment. I have been Chad's patient for 12 years. During that period of time, for various reasons and various health issues, I have fired six MDs. Chad is competent, focused, effective, and HE LISTENS. He is clearly interested in improving my health. I plan to stick with Chad for as long as he will tolerate me.

I was very impressed with the timely manner in which I was called by a nurse, who was very friendly and made me feel at ease. Dr. Chase, whom I had not met before, also made me feel relaxed. Of course, my visit was routine and I wasn’t confronted with bad news or a negative report. Very impressed with everyone I saw that day, including the front receptionist.

Austin Heart (Marble Falls facility) has a marvelous medical facility, it is cherry, clean, and inviting - the best part of it however is the staff of doctors and administrators. Chad Chase works closely with Dr Swett to insure that our needs are met. He is always efficient, professional, and answers questions clearly so that we can understand. Over the years, we have seen a pattern of excellence as the standard at Austin Heart. We couldn't be more pleased.

The facility is very bright and clean and the staff could not be more friendly and helpful. Dr. Chad was very personable and friendly. He discussed all of the pertinent information and took the time to answer all of my questions. People like that take the stress out of a visit to the doctor.
