I've had negative experiences with therapists in the past but Dr. Radniecki is everything I was looking for. He is very non-judgmental. He is never disappointed in you and you can tell he truly cares. He will work with you to arrange the kind of treatment you want and balance talk therapy with activities. He doesn't do CBT with me as much but more mindfulness-based approach and integrates DBT elements in which I like. He is always professional but at the same time very intimately personal.
