My experience with this nurse practitioner was negative from the very beginning. She is not well versed in her field and she judged me prior to getting any of my records and was very brash, rude, and unprofessional. She didn’t follow up with me in a timely manner and I had to reach out to her after a week of waiting after she received my records in order to get any help. She doesn’t seem to care about her patients and acts as if she is being bothered when trying to get answers and help. I would NEVER recommend this person and find it very disturbing that my insurance company and my family is being charged for being evaluated by a Specialist in sleep therapy, but so far, all I have seen or spoken with is this uncaring and Unprofessional nurse.
