Waited 4 hrs in urgent care. Son took a soccer ball to the face. He tried to block it with his hand but it bent his finger back and still had large impact on face. She refused X-rays. Said he needed to go to the ER because it was a head trauma. My husband asked if they were going to take him via ambulance, she said no. She said he is stable to drive him to Loma Linda. While waiting another 5hrs at Loma Linda I finally get a MyChart notice with her notes. She said she offered an ambulance and we refused, she then said she said for us to go to San Gorgonio and we said no AMA! She NEVER offered an ambulance and NEVER said anything about San Gorgonio. She is inexperienced and incompetent and a liar! Filing a formal complaint after this!
