I don’t know where that one star rating came from, she must be one of those elites. My mother in law saw her today and she id still raving about how nice and caring she was.

I saw her for a Well-woman exam. She was professional and took care to make the pap less painful. She listened carefully to my concerns. I’m happy with her care.

All I can say is that Ms. Cravens was not interested in providing individualized care. I was barely examined or given a full work up by her. I hope others received better care.
