Dr. Chantelle Baldwin, ND

'I had two in-person visits, one telehealth appointment, and two lab work appointments, and everything was going well until December 2024, when the office stopped returning my calls. I reached out multiple times to request a medication refill and to reschedule my appointments and labs, but I never received a response. Unfortunately, I have serious health conditions that require medication to manage, and as a result of the lack of communication, I was left without my medication for 10 days, forcing me to find a new doctor. To this day, I have not received a call back from Dr. Baldwin's office. I find this lack of response very concerning, as timely communication is critical for patients who depend on their healthcare providers for essential medication. I hope the office can improve its responsiveness to prevent similar situations for other patients in the future.'

I had a great appointment with Dr Baldwin. I was so excited to find a PCP so quickly available. My first appointment was over Zoom and about one hour long. I felt heard and respected. She listened to every issue that I had going on and never made me feel rushed. She offered interventions that aligned with my values. I left my appointment feeling excited! This excitement only lasted a short while, as she stated that she would connect me with a treatment plan for a stomach issue I was having. She said she would get this to me within a week. It has been four months. I reached out five times to the office and got the same answer each time from the office staff. They said they were sorry, and that I would soon get my treatment plan and that they would contact Dr Baldwin as soon as possible. To this day, I have not received any information or any follow-up from the office staff or Dr Baldwin. I'm sure she would be an amazing provider if the things I were promised were given to me.

I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Baldwin and her lovely staff. I am so thankful to finally found a provider that actually took the time, listened with genuine care and answered all of my questions. Highly recommend!

The communication is so exceptionally lacking. I have been trying to reach Dr Baldwin for some time now, with no luck. We only had our first telehealth appointment and then I haven't heard back and it's been probably 3 months now. After a month had passed, she finally ordered my labs and sent over the supplements she told me she would send links to. But, we had agreed that I would only take one of the supplements at a time, and I couldn't remember which one we had agreed to start with. I'm not planning to go in and get my labs done if I can't even get a response. Why would I do that to myself and waste my own time? Very disappointing.

Dr. Baldwin is absolutely amazing! She is thorough, totally engaged with me, and gave me generous time to understand my health issues. She deserves 5+ stars! Her staff person, however, has a history of not returning my phone calls, which after an undue amount of time, is absolutely unconscionable.

Terrible experience with this office and awful communication with patients. I’ve been asking her office for two months and called a dozen times to send over my medical history to my new provider so I can continue with my medication but with no luck. For some reason they have been ignoring me and my new providers request and they keep giving me excuses and stopped returning my calls.

I had a wonderful experience with this provider as a new patient. She was concerned and thorough, and was helpful to assist me in my treatment in a professional manner. I recommend.
