Charlie-as he is known- is an extremely dishonest person. That has always been the case. Now he is geriatric and somewhat demented. See him at your own risk and if you really want to throw money down the toilet.

He is slick (or tries to be slick) but is otherwise totally incompetent, insincere and dishonest. I would avoid him like the plague.
