I absolutely would not recommend her to provide mental health care to anyone. She was conducting an important testing session that needed complete concentration and quiet and multiple times left the room to take phone calls. If they were that important, why not just be honest, end the session early and reschedule? Why should the client be interrupted as the client obviously needs a therapy session and then pay the full dollar amount? Second, stated something unprofessional and inappropriate.
