Condescending, manipulative and uncaring.
Hangs up mid sentence on patient and family. Has labeled me drug seeking until other professionals and doesn't treat sick patient. I'm 70 years old and I have lung cancer and was struggling to breath. Hurting all over. She said I was distressed while visually observing me but did nothing to help. I have been reduced to drug seeking! Have to hunt down narcotics to get them on-time. Matthew in the office, a tech, is usually all aI can speak with and he is condescending as well. Matt told me yesterday to,'please not call them anymore ' because I was trying to update about meds. Dr. Butler is greatly influenced by them.
