Telehealth
I waited a little over a month to be seen by charlotte steerman as a new patient. The morning of my appointment they have her secretary call me and stated that charlotte steerman said it would be a conflict of interest for her to treat me. I asked the secretary why, and she said because charlotte “believes” her husbands side of the family is related to me. She is mistaken! We have no family in this area. They couldn’t tell me who the relation was just that she could not treat me!!! THE MORNING OF MY APPOINTMENT!!!!! I needed help!!! I’ve already waited over a month to get the help! Now I’m left without help and probably have to wait longer to even get in with someone! I do not suggest life stance to anyone!

One of the worst providers
If you have a mental health disorder and are looking for a provider that immediately cuts your dose of medication in half, then this is the right provider for you. Terrible at responding to emails and excellent at taking her own approach to what has been working for you for years!!
